We do not guarantee that your vending route will be sold, nor do we guarantee any specific outcomes or financial results from using our services. All estimates provided regarding the value of your vending route are based on current market conditions and are subject to change.
Buyer Vetting and Introductions
While we rigorously vet potential buyers, require them to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and provide proof of funds before any introductions, we are not responsible for the conduct of these buyers or the outcomes of any transactions.
Legal Documentation
We provide customizable legal documents, including promissory notes, purchase agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, to facilitate the sales process. However, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or legal consequences arising from the use of these documents. It is recommended that you seek independent legal advice to review these documents.
Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously and require all potential buyers to sign a non-disclosure agreement. However, we are not responsible for any breaches of confidentiality by third parties.
